Places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Dick White Referrals reserves the right to alter the programme, date and speakers of any course without prior notification.
Places may be reserved on courses but payment must be received prior to the course date.
Refunds for cancellations will not be made within 10 days of the course.
Provisionally reserved places maybe transferable at no extra cost, subject to availability.
Course fees will be refunded in full for course cancellations made by the Dick White Referrals. No liability will be accepted for travel, accommodation or any other expenses incurred by delegates.
Dick White Referrals reserves the right to make programme changes.

We still also accept Paypal, which can be selected as payment method after the address page in the shopping cart.
